Key characteristics:

SLSE serise single-layer plastic sheet forming machine that our company has developed with modern technology,including screw extruder with L/D ratio,the screw,barrel and T-die are made of alloy steet with nitrogen treatment, guarantee the strength and hardness for fine processing;

The T-die with hydromatic transmission filter enable proper processing,the three standing rollers with calendaring to adjust linear velocity,good plasticization maintain evenness of the plastic sheet,even allow maintain the smoothness and fine finish of the plastic sheet;    

It is suitable to use PP, PS, PE and HIPS for the manufacturing of high quality drinking cups and food storang boxes by pressure heating process and suction process methods.
