Function characteristics:
1. SLSE serise sigle-layer plastic sheet extruding machine that our company has developed with modern technology, including screw extruder with large L/D ratio;
2. The screw, barrel and T-die are made of alloy steel with nitrogen transformation, which guarantees the strength and hardness for fine processing;
3. The T-die with hydromatic transmission filter enables proper processing;
4. The three standing rollers with calendaring to adjust linear velocity;
5. Good plasticization maintains eceness of the plastic sheet, even allows to maintain the smoothness and fine finish of the plastic sheet;
6. It is suitable to use PP, PS, PE and HIPS for the manufacturing of high quality drinking cups and food storage boxes by presure heating process and suction process methods.
