Function characteristics:
1. SLSE series single-layer plastic sheet extruding machine that our company has developed with modern technology, including screw extruder with large L/D ratio, the screw, barrel.
2. The T-die are made of alloy steel with nitrogen transformation, which guarantees the strength and hardness for fine processing. And its hydromatic transmission filter enables proper processing.
3. Good plasticization ensures the equal thickness and smoothness of the plastic sheet.
4. It is suitable to use PP, PS, PE and HIPS for the manufacturing of high quality drinking cups and food storage boxes by pressure heating process and suction process methods.
